Paul Merson has predicted the outcome of Wolves’ clash with Manchester United tomorrow on Sportskeeda.
Wolves will host Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s unbeaten side, who have just signed Cristiano Ronaldo.
But the Portuguese superstar can’t play tomorrow and Merson fancies Wolves to get a result.
He thinks that Wolves will pick up their first points of the season with a 1-1 draw.

Merson’s prediction
I was a bit disappointed with Manchester United last weekend. Wolves have been unlucky so far and deserved something from the game against Spurs.
“They’ve had around 40 shots in their last two games but didn’t manage to score, but who is to say a couple don’t go in if they do something similar against Manchester United?
I’m not sure about Jadon Sancho but I think Raphael Varane could start this game, as his pace could be useful against the electric Adama Traore.
“This is a dangerous game for Manchester United and I expect them to drop points once again. Wolves 1-1 Manchester United.”

Merson has predicted the exact same result and scoreline we did in our match preview.
As he said, United are there to be got at if they play like they did last Sunday, especially if Nemanja Matic starts in midfield.
Wolves have been creating chances at will and the midweek win against Nottingham Forest should have raised confidence too.
This should be a cracking game in front of a raucous Molineux as Wolves try and spoil the party which has started on the red half of Manchester about the news that a club legend is returning.
