Wolves could not build on their win over Bournemouth, losing 2-1 to Fulham in the Premier League.
Wolves turned in a very disappointing display at Molineux against the Cottagers, conceding their goals in the first minute of each half.
Ryan Sessegnon put Fulham ahead, and pundit Andy Reid slammed Wolves’ defending. But Joao Gomes got Wolves back on level terms after good work by Jean-Ricner Bellegarde.
But when the teams re-emerged for the second-half, Wolves found themselves 2-1 down immediately, with Adama Traore feeding Rodrigo Muniz to dink the ball over Jose Sa, who was criticised by Glenn Hoddle and Clinton Morrison.
Wolves then had the lion’s share of possession but lacked urgency.
It was a frustrating performance to watch, and Vitor Pereira has now reacted to his side’s defeat.
Joleon Lescott and Steve Sidwell agree about Wolves after Fulham defeat

After tonight’s game, TNT Sports pundits Joleon Lescott and Steve Sidwell gave their verdicts on Wolves regarding the potential for relegation.
Wolves could not widen the gap, and remain five points above the drop zone.
Ipswich Town and Leicester City play on Wednesday and Thursday respectively, and Wanderers fans are now hoping for favours from Manchester United and West Ham United.
But while fans are worried about the potential to get relegated, Sidwell and Lescott are not.
Sidwell said on TNT Sports after the game: “The major positive they’ll take from tonight was the reaction from conceding the early goal, getting themselves back into the game. I know second-half was a bit different.
“I’ve got no fear for them going down. I think they’ve got a player in Cunha, I know we’ve built him up and he had a quiet game tonight and I thought that was mainly down to how Fulham dealt with him. But I’ve got no doubts they’ll stay up.”
Lescott added: “I agree, I don’t think they’re in as much danger as the teams around them.
“Of course it’s going to be (nervy), but they’re in control of their own destiny. And that’s what you want to be. If they win a handful of those games they’ve got left, they’ll be in control of that and they’ll avoid relegation.”
Wolves must bounce back
Lescott and Sidwell are confident Wolves will stay up but right now, many fans won’t share that confidence.
Wolves were really poor tonight, and the lack of urgency in the second-half was really worrying.

Pereira will not be happy with what he saw, and needs a response from his players in the next Premier League game against Everton.
But before that, it’s back to the FA Cup at the weekend, and Wanderers need to make sure they atone for this display.
