Fans react to Roman Yaremchuk's display for Ukraine

Reported Wolverhampton Wanderers target Roman Yaremchuk was in action at Euro 2020 last night.

The striker started for Ukraine against the Netherlands in Amsterdam.

The star produced an eye-catching performance, in which he made one assist before scoring himself.

His goal was the mark of a fantastic number nine.

It was Ruslan Malinovskyi who delivered an inch-perfect free-kick, with Yaremchuk glancing his header into the far corner.

This after he had laid off West Ham United’s Andriy Yarmolenko, who scored a stunner from the edge of the box.

It was a great all-round display from Yaremchuk, who had three shots on target in the game, and also completed 29/35 (83%) of his passes.

Sofascore handed him a match rating of 8.1, the highest for any player on the night.

Yaremchuk’s performances at Euro 2020 may be closely monitored by Wolves this summer.

Calciomercato claimed back in April that Wanderers were one of five teams in the hunt for the 25-year-old, who finished the 2020/21 season with 23 goals for Gent.

On social media, fans were left really impressed by Yaremchuk’s performance despite Ukraine’s 3-2 defeat:
