Some fans were left to rave over the performance of Wolverhampton Wanderers loan star Vitinha for the Portugal U21s last night.
The midfielder started against Italy in the Euro 2020 quarter-final.
Portugal ran out 5-3 winners at Stozice Sports Park in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and will now face Spain in the semi-final.

The thrilling game actually went to extra-time after it had finished 3-3 after 90 minutes.
Wolves striker Patrick Cutrone scored in the 88th minute to extend the game for another half-hour.

One man who really caught the eye for Portugal was Vitinha – something he’s done quite reguarly in recent months.
He may not have had many chances back at Molineux, but he has tended to shine when donning the colours of his national team.
Here he was highly impressive, completing 78/86 of his passes (91%), and winning 7/13 duels (Sofascore).
He was heavily involved, with his 107 touches only bettered by Tomas Tavares.

Vitinha – who Wolves are said to have an £18 million buy option over (Express & Star) – looked super confident, and there’s a clip doing the rounds of him rolling two defenders with a beautiful turn leaving them for dead.
On social media, his great performance led to lots of praise from both Wolves fans and neutrals:
