Former Wolves midfielder David Edwards has offered his predictions for Bruno Lage’s side trip to face Brighton tonight.
In the Express and Star, Edwards said it could well be a low scoring game at the Amex Stadium.
Wolves have scored just once in their last six games while Brighton are on a ten-game winless run.
That said, both sides have had decent seasons without any threat of relegation so far and are capable of playing decent stuff.

“Brighton won’t be easy. They had the weekend off and it’s a bit of travelling for Wolves, they will have to come up with a plan without the suspended Raul too, that’ll be fascinating. They’ve not scored in four now, after the Norwich and Burnley games, with only one goal in six – it puts a bit of pressure on the game at the AMEX.
“They will feel it is a game they need to win. But Brighton are tough, Potter has them playing good stuff, they draw a lot and don’t concede many either. To me it stinks of a 0-0! But hopefully Wolves can nick one.
“Will Wolves take the shackles off and go for it? It’ll depend on team selection. I’d like to think they will be more offensive and try to hurt Brighton. We’ve already seen their fans on edge down there this season.
“Wolves need to start fast, in their faces, and really push for the goals on the front foot, rather than be methodical and work out a way to break them down.

This one could come down to which side can find a bit of confidence to take the initiative and take their chances.
Neither side is in a good moment and Wolves lacking Raul Jimenez makes Lage’s task even harder.
But it does also make Wolves unpredictable, and it is an opportunity to come up with something different and hope it can secure a vital win.
